Sipho D. Makhubela is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Harith General Partners, Africa’s leading infrastructure investment firm.
Sipho joined Harith in 2007 and rose steadily through the ranks before being appointed CEO in 2020. His leadership has driven landmark investments in energy, ICT, transport and asset management across Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Côte d’Ivoire and beyond in the African region. Prior to joining Harith, Sipho spent several years working in the banking sector.
He currently serves on several Harith portfolio company boards, including Harith InfraCo, Lanseria Airport, CIVH and Mergence Investment Managers.
Sipho is a Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)), holds an MBA and completed the Advanced Management Programme at Harvard.
