Amarish possesses significant experience in corporate and project finance. He plays a key role in numerous high-profile energy transactions, bringing valuable expertise and leadership to Anergi. He has also actively contributed to the development, construction, and operational phases of all assets within Anergi’s portfolio.
Amarish oversees the comprehensive management of Anergi’s financial functions, including financial strategy and operations, treasury management, group investments, tax management, etc. He is also a key member of Anergi’s Executive Management Committee and the Finance and Investment Committee and serves as a Board Director at Lake Turkana Wind Power Limited.
Amarish joined Anergi (formerly Aldwych International) in 2006, holding various roles, including Deputy Finance Director and Senior Manager – Strategy and Corporate Development. His tenure also includes two years as Chief Financial Officer at Lake Turkana Wind Power, further strengthening his energy sector experience.
Amarish is Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), Amarish holds a BA (Hons) degree from the University of Westminster
