Legal Counsel
Rolake advises on Anergi’s legal and compliance matters while providing support to the Anergi team across various functions.
Before joining Anergi, Rolake worked seven years at an international law firm (in London and Washington DC), where she gained experience advising African-focussed extractive industry and natural resources companies.
She graduated from Swansea University with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and American Studies (with an intercalary year at the University of Illinois). In addition, she holds a Graduate Diploma in Law and a Master of Laws degree in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Law.
She is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
